The Quakertown Midget Football Association offers two levels of football to the Quakertown community.  QMFA offers Age Based/Unweighted tackle football programs for players 7 and older. Players are placed on a team based off their age only as of July 31, 2025 for the upcoming season. Players weight is not considered. 

Non-Competitive Tackle Football

The Non-Competitive Tackle Football Program is divided up by age levels of play.  Our Non-Competitive Football Program is part of the Bux-Mont Youth Football League, which is a member of the Pop Warner Little Scholars.
   

Flag Football

The Flag Football Program is a non-competitive level of play for children that 5 & 6 years old. It is generally the first experience that a child will have at football and we make every attempt to approach this level in that manner. Our Flag Coaches are also generally experiencing coaching for the first time.  Our Flag Football Program is a part of the Bux-Mont Youth Football League as well as a member of Pop Warner Little Scholars. The Flag schedule is a league schedule and will be determined in early August of each season.  Practice for the Flag Program is two nights per week. Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.  The player will receive a game jersey. 


7U Tackle Football 
The  7U Tackle Football program which is also referred to as 1st year tackle football; which is primarily 7 year old's; possibilty of some 6 years olds. 

Competitive Tackle Football

The Competitive Tackle Football Program is based on a players age as of July 31 of the current year
  

• 8U - which is also referred to as our age based program, which is available for children 8 year old's.
• 9U - which is also referred to as our age based, which is available for children 10 year old's.
• 10U - which is also referred to as our age based, which is available for children 10 year old's.
• 11U - which is also referred to as our age based, which is available for children 11 year old's
• 12U - which is also referred to as our age based, which is available to children 12 year old's.
• 13U - which is also referred to as our age based, which is available to children 13 year old's.
        

Practices for QMFA begin on or around August 1st of each year; dependant on how the calendar dates fall each year. The season schedule generally starts the weekend before around Labor Day weekend. The season for Flag Football generally ends by the end of October, the Non-Competitive Football Program generally ends the first week of November and the Competitive Football Program generally ends by the third week of November. As August nears, your child's head coach will contact you with specifics for your child's team.

Coaching
